Getting Pretty for Christmas (Sat)

Went to get haircuts so they'd be beautiful for Xmas. Check out the before and afters.

And, because my car (with Nathan's car seat in it) was getting serviced, Nathan rode in a big boy booster in dad's car for the first time. So grown up.. Nate wasn't feeling very well and threw up a few times. Right after that he perked up. You can probably tell from his pic that he was feeling pooey.

Well.....we got a couple inches of snow last night.....supposed to get 8 - 12 tonight and tomorrow....no snow Wednesday, but 30-40 mile an hour winds......

Already they are saying this could be really bad...... I will try to post some pictures after it hits!

AJ Finishes Hooked on Phonics Kindergarten Level!

Yesterday AJ finished the Hooked on Phonics Kindergarten level. As a reward, we all went to Baskin Robbins.

A LOT of Freaking Lemons

Austin's friend Ben has one lemon tree. They harvested the lemons on Sunday and gave us SOME of the leftovers. It was about 30 POUNDS of lemons!!

While Austin decided to hang with Ben that afternoon, AJ, Dad, Nate and I decided to squeeze lemons and make lemonade!

Look at all those rinds! They all ended up in my composter.

After squeezing for a long time, we all got bored/tired. We still have 11 lbs left- but we're going to share those with friends.
