Tennis

This is an older pic (like a month ago). Took the boys to the park and a kid was getting a tennis lesson. My boys were VERY interested. They especially liked when balls got stuck in the chain link fence and they got to push them back through.

Easter in March

From Grandma and Papa's visit.

Tire Swing Success..

This seems like an easy task, but it wasn't. Finally, we have a tire swing in our tree! The boys love it.You can see the video here:

Yankees Spring Training Game!

So we went with my sister Judy, her husband Marc, and one of their sons (Jared) to a NY Yankees spring training game today. Jared is a HUGE fan. Nathan slept on the floor under a table (for shade). Oz and AJ didn't care for the sport or the $6.50 hot dogs they wasted. Dave caught a HOME RUN BALL and gave it to Jared. He was totally stoked!

Dangle Baby

Here's Nate at the playground store... and no, we didn't buy a swingset! :(

Nathan at AJ's school

Went to pick up AJ and we were a few minutes early. I let Nathan play on the playground until it was time...

I ordered TWO just in case one doesn't work.

For those of you who weren't here, here's the back story: So like a month ago, I took AJ to the Lorikeet House at the zoo. As is standard, he finds some crappy toy and asks for it. This happens almost every time we go, and I obviously can't just buy him a toy every time we go out. I say, "nope, not this time. You come back next time with your own money and buy it".

Fast forward 3 weeks. Grandma and Papa decide to take him to the zoo. The whole night before zoo day, AJs reminding me to send his money so he can buy the bird toy. I say "SURE!" After all, he's been saving for it and can now buy it.

Can you tell yet where this is going? Well, the zoo did not have the toy anymore and poor AJ was heartbroken. I felt like a jerk bc I told him he could buy it and now they don't have it anymore. So since Zoo Friday, I've been surfing and surfing trying to find this frigging toy that I only have a vague recollection of. GUESS WHAT I FOUND??!!!?

Pics From The Zoo

Grandma, Grandpa, the boys, and I went to the zoo this morning - as you can see, we packed a lot in. We got to the lorikeet cage right when it opened, and the birds were ravenous!
AJ was sad after we left the lorikeets - he had saved up money to buy a lorikeet pinwheel, but they didn't have any more in stock at the gift shop.
Austin decided to ride the pony today, and they all got a chance to feed the animals.

Grandma and Papa in Tampa..

Grandma and Papa arrived tonight. Here are the boys reviewing their treats. AJ's showing his bird book and pointing saying, "Mom! Here's your favorite bird!" and pointing correctly to the Blue Footed Booby. Nathan's got a mouthful of Life Saver Gummies. Austin's reviewing his new Lego set!

Rabbit!

My nephew & niece Joe and Sami came by and brought 2 bunnies. The boys LOVED it!
