Lots of Catch-Up, Part 2

The boys took me out for dim sum on Father's Day

Austin and Nathan in the pool, with Abby looking on.

I'm not sure where this was taken.

Nina and I spent a long weekend in NYC while the boys were at Grandma's

Boys came home, finally...

Summer vacation in Toronto

Nathan and AJ are holding Kinder Eggs.  Nathan was especially fascinated by them because they are illegal in the United States, because they're basically plastic eggs covered in chocolate.

While we were in Toronto, we went to iFly, which is an indoor skydiving simulator.  Everyone loved it (Austin and I didn't do it, though.)

The girls are Sierra (tall), Katarina (to the right of Nate), and Arianna (to Nate's left.)  Sierra is a few days younger than AJ, Katarina is six months older than Nathan, and Arianna's two years younger than Nathan.

We went to Niagara Falls the last weekend of the trip.

Not a bad view from our hotel room.

Lots of Catch-Up, Part 1

First in a series of catch up blog posts, as we have failed miserably at keeping up.  Not that a lot of stuff hasn't been going on...

We took the boys to the Kennedy Space Center over Spring Break.

Nathan's birthday box, before...

...and after

Nathan's birthday cake.  The kid behind Nate is Jack, his best friend.  The other kid is Adam, AJ's buddy.

Mom brings Nate pizza for lunch sometimes.

The boys out by the tire swing, before we had that big tree removed.

A couple of pics

Here are a few pictures from this year.  Sorry for not posting more...

This was taken the morning we decided to say goodbye to Chloe. Two dogs turned out to be harder than we wanted to handle.  We gave her to a very reputable shelter, and she was adopted a couple of weeks later by a rich lady who will spend most of her time giving Chloe the attention she deserves.  Everyone, including Chloe, is much happier now.

We all did the Gasparilla Run this year.  It's a yearly event run along Bayshore Drive, which is adjacent to Tampa Bay, and this year about 30,000 people participated.  I ran the 5K and everyone else walked.  Except Nathan.  He started running part of the course, and when Nina and the other two boys caught up with him, he was picking up the paper cups that the runners discard during the race...

AJ's birthday.  We ate at Red Robin and picked up a cake at Publix on the way home.  That's right, there's 12 candles on that bastard.

Walter is officially mine! Notice the scratches on my arm..
