Weren't there kids' cups, plates and bowls in that cupboard, at one time?
We had to move EVERYTHING from the lower cabinets that was too much of a pain to clean up, that was unsafe, or that could break. Right now we only have frying pans and lids down low... but yes, there WERE kids cups and plates down there.
