Ok...I finally got started back on the low-carb thingy.  I started last Monday and this morning I had lost 4.2 lbs. (I can be so precise because of my new digital scales)  I still have a way to go, but at least I'm trying again.  I also got the February schedule from the Rec-Plex and am going to force myself to get  back there.  Wish me luck!
